    Castrojeriz liegt an der Südflanke eines 900m hohen Tafelberges mit der Burgruine Castrum Sigerici.
    Der Ort ist heute nur noch teilweise bewohnt, früher gab es hier sieben
    Hospize. Heute befindet sich hier eine Herberge, mehrere privat
    betriebene Herbergen (Hotels) und ein Campingplatz.
    Sehenswürdigkeiten
    - die romanische Stiftskirche Colegiata Santa Maria del Manzano aus dem 13. Jahrhundert
    - die Pfarrkirche Santo Domingo
    - die Kirche San Juan aus dem 12-14. Jahrhundert
    - eine Burgruine, Castrum Sigerici aus dem 8. Jahrhundert oberhalb des Ortes
